It is important to preform maintenance on your stove regularly, this is not just for safety reason but also to lengthen the life of your stove. Yearly maintenance is highly recommended, we have two servicing options available. 

Our 'Stove MOT' 

Includes power sweeping the chimney with a Rodtech Power System, cleaning your stove, inspecting your stove for any damage, wear and tear and re-painting your stove ensuring we cover any scratches to get your stove looking good as new. We will also fit any new parts during the service if applicable.


Chinmey Sweep Only

We provide a sweep only option. We will preform a power sweep with a Rodtech Power system.


If we sweep/service multiple chimneys at the same address then we offer a discount, contact us for details. All services and sweeps are completed by our qualified HETAS Engineer Paul.
It is important that you have your chimney swept yearly to comply with most home insurance policies. A yearly sweep is also needed to keep any warranties on your stove and pipe work valid and is in line with the manufacturer’s recommendation.

Do I get a certificate for my Chimney Sweep/Service?

Yes. We email pdf certificates to our customers once the sweep/service is complete. 
If you don't have an email address then we can post it out to you.

Care Products

We offer a wide range of care products available for purchase from our showroom. These products will are easy to use and will help you keep your stove in excellent condition. These care products include paints, glass cleaners and polished that can aid you in maintaining your stove. We also offer a range of care products for slate hearths and fireplace cleaners and sealants. 

Yearly Reminder Service

We know life can get busy and things can easily be forgotten, which is why when we install a new fire or you book a chimney sweep/service with us for the first time we offer a FREE reminder service.
If you agree to this service you will get a email/phone call every year close to when your next sweep is due.
We also keep records from our previous sweeps, so if we have noted that you will need new parts e.g. new firebricks then we will organise ordering them in for you to be fitted during your next service.
