Why aren’t the prices listed on your website?


We understand this can be frustrating for our customers and we do apologise for this, but we do not list our prices online as we are not on online retailer and this is for a number of reasons, many of which are to benefit our customers.


We have tried and tested being an online retailer and from feedback found that our customers preferred to come to our showroom.


We want to ensure our customers get the best price possible and due to supplier terms and conditions related to the sales of their products online, we decided to make our products only purchasable through our showroom. This also allows us to ensure our customer is getting the best products for their needs and that they can ask for any advice they may want while purchasing.

We decided to still advertise the ranges we have available because we understand that many of our customers find us online and therefore have not been given any brochures on our stoves and products. Having an online brochure allows our customers to view our ranges from the comfort of their own home.


The online brochure is updated regularly.
